Yes. Every dish we serve is prepared in CaterCo Concepts’ Halal-certified central kitchen, ensuring that all ingredients, processes, and handling meet MUIS standards.

2. Can GatherCo cater to Muslim-majority or mixed-faith events?
Absolutely. GatherCo’s Halal-certified menus are designed to be inclusive and suitable for all guests — making them perfect for corporate events, weddings, or community gatherings.

🍴 Menu & Customisation

3. Can I add or change dishes in the menu?
Yes. You can request to swap dishes of similar value or upgrade to premium selections indicated with “+” on the menu. Our team will advise on what’s available closer to your event date.

4. Can I add extra dishes beyond the standard set?
Yes. You can add additional dishes (e.g., one extra meat or dessert item) for an add-on fee per guest, subject to availability.

5. Does GatherCo offer vegetarian options?
Yes. Vegetarian dishes are available upon request. Just let our team know during order confirmation, and we’ll make sure your guests are well catered for.

6. Are children’s or spicy/non-spicy versions available?
Yes. We can adjust spice levels or recommend child-friendly dishes (like Honey Glazed Chicken or Fried Hong Kong Mee) — just let us know in advance.

🧾 Ordering & Payment

7. How do I confirm my order?
Your order is confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgement by email or SMS. For orders above $1,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

8. Can I make changes after confirming my order?
Amendments can be made up to two working days before your event. For last-minute changes, a handling fee may apply.

9. What payment methods does GatherCo accept?
We accept PayNow, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cheque (payable to CaterCo Concepts Pte Ltd). For card payments, a 3% admin fee applies.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

10. Does GatherCo provide setup and collection?
Yes. All buffet menus include full setup and collection. We provide skirting, warmers, disposable wares, and serviettes — everything needed for a ready-to-serve presentation.

11. Do you deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or central areas?
Yes, we do. An additional $10 ($10.90 w/GST) surcharge applies for these areas due to delivery access and parking restrictions.

12. Can GatherCo deliver early morning or evening orders?
Yes, but early delivery surcharges apply ($50–$150 for drop-off, $100–$200 for buffets), subject to approval.

🕒 Food & Quality

13. How long can the food be kept out?
For safety and freshness, food should be consumed within 3 hours (with warmers) or 1 hour (without warmers).

14. What happens if a dish is unavailable?
Due to ingredient seasonality, we may substitute with a dish of equivalent or higher value without prior notice — always maintaining the same level of quality.

15. Are the dishes cooked fresh?
Yes. All food is freshly prepared on the day of your event, not pre-frozen. This ensures the best taste, texture, and presentation.

💬 Event Experience

16. Can GatherCo cater to themed or outdoor events?
Yes! We can adapt our setup to fit indoor, outdoor, or themed venues. Share your event details with our team, and we’ll plan accordingly.

17. Can I order for fewer than the stated minimum pax?
Our menus are optimised for quality and value at the stated minimums. If you have a smaller event, our CaterBox or Drop & Go menus are more suitable.

18. Does GatherCo provide service staff or chefs on-site?
For selected premium buffets, you can request uniformed service staff or chefs at an additional fee, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
