General Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all GatherCo menus and services.
General Terms
All menu items, pricing, and confirmations are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
GatherCo reserves the right to amend or withdraw menus, items, and prices at any time without prior notice.
Due to seasonality, certain dishes may be replaced with items of equivalent value.
For orders above $1,000, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be used within one month from the date of cancellation.
To enjoy promotional pricing, orders must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.
Food is best consumed within three hours with warmers and one hour without warmers.
All prices are quoted before GST.
Prices are subject to prevailing GST (9%) and a 10% service charge.
Any damage or loss of equipment will be chargeable to the customer.
GatherCo is managed by CaterCo Concepts Pte Ltd, one of Singapore’s foremost catering providers. All food is prepared in Halal-certified kitchens under strict hygiene and quality standards.
Transportation, Setup & Surcharges
Delivery and setup fees vary by menu type.
Classic Spread, Tea Reception, and Cocktail Reception services include on-site setup, while CaterBox and Drop-off menus are delivered ready-to-serve.
An additional surcharge applies for delivery to offshore or restricted areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, and Central Area postal zones (e.g. Robinson, Marina Square, Orchard, Bras Basah).
Orders requiring full buffet setup are subject to a 10% service charge to cover manpower, waste management, and equipment handling.
Early delivery surcharges may apply:
Drop-off Menus: $50 – $150
Buffet Menus: $100 – $200

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon written acknowledgment via email or SMS.
Amendments must be made at least two working days before the event.
Changes requested less than two working days prior are subject to a handling fee.
Delivery
Delivery time may vary by approximately 30 minutes before or after the stated time due to traffic or operational factors.
Payment Methods
GatherCo accepts PayNow, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cheque payments.
Full payment must be made at least two working days before the event date.
Corporate cheques must be crossed and made payable to CaterCo Concepts Pte Ltd.
A 3% administrative charge applies for Credit or Debit Card payments, with GST applicable on top.
All self-collection or non-residential deliveries must be paid in full in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to your GatherCo sales representative.
The following charges apply:
Cancellation made one working day before (after 12 pm): 50% of total bill
Cancellation made on the event day: 100% of total bill
If a refund is required after payment, an administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) applies.
Menu-Specific Terms
Classic Spread
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Includes buffet layout with skirting, warmers, disposables, and serviettes.
Orders must be placed at least three working days in advance.
A weekend surcharge of $1 per guest applies for Friday and Saturday deliveries.
Buffet setups at landed properties are limited to ground-level areas only.
Delivery locations without direct lift access cannot be accommodated.
Next-day collection requests are chargeable at $100 – $200 per trip.
CaterBox
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Minimum order quantities apply per box type (see individual menus).
A maximum of two box types with a minimum of twenty sets per type is allowed per order.
Includes disposable bagasse packaging, cutlery, and serviettes.
Food is best consumed within one hour of delivery.
Orders must be placed three working days in advance.
Cocktail Reception – Bites & Bashes
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Includes full buffet setup with skirting and warmers.
Orders must be placed five working days in advance.
Food is best consumed within three hours.

Pick Me Up (Butler Service)
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Orders must be placed five working days in advance.
Mandatory staffing applies (chef, service team, and event manager).
Food is best consumed within three hours.
Drop-Off Catering (Drop & Go / Gastronomic Box)
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Food is served in microwavable containers.
Tables and warmers are not provided.
Includes disposable cutlery and serviettes.
Best consumed within one hour of delivery.
Orders must be placed three working days in advance.
Tea Reception
Vegetarian options available upon request.
A surcharge of $1 per guest applies for deliveries between 10:30 am – 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm, as well as for Friday and Saturday deliveries.
Co’s Feasting Set
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Minimum order quantities apply; see individual menus.
A maximum of two menu types with at least twenty sets per type per order.
Orders must be placed three working days in advance.
Food is best consumed within one hour of delivery.
Seminar Packages (Take 15 / Takeout 15)
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Includes table layout, warmers, and full disposable ware.
Orders must be placed three working days in advance.
Food is best consumed within three hours.
Sit-Down Banquet
Vegetarian options available upon request.
Includes full dining setup with linen, porcelain ware, and glasses.
Orders must be placed seven working days in advance.
Mandatory staffing applies (chef and service team).
Optional rentals include round tables, chairs, and floral centrepieces.
GST Revision
From 1 January 2024, the GST rate is 9%.
Invoices and sale orders issued on or after this date are charged at 9% in accordance with IRAS guidelines.
Payments received before 31 December 2023 are billed at the previous rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a 5% Drop & Go Charge?
This charge covers packaging, cutlery, and labour costs for preparing, packing, and delivering your food.
It allows GatherCo to maintain quality food and service while ensuring fair remuneration for our kitchen and delivery teams.
Why is there a 10% Service Charge for setups?
Catering involves extensive behind-the-scenes work including equipment cleaning, waste disposal, and manpower coordination.
The service charge supports these essential processes, ensuring smooth operations and a polished setup at every event.
