Our services are available 365 days a year. Our mainline operates Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm, and Friday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm

Standard delivery is from 8am to 7pm daily. Deliveries outside these hours can be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.

Yes, we provide individually packed biodegradable cutlery sets with all menus. Additional sets are available at $1 per set (inclusive of GST).

We recommend placing orders at least 3 working days in advance. For last-minute arrangements, we can accommodate orders up to 3 hours before the event, subject to availability.

Cancellations made 3 working days prior to the event are eligible for a 30% refund. Cancellations made 2 working days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made 1 working day before or on the event day. An administrative fee of $100 (inclusive of GST) applies to all cancellations after payment.
